Sundried tomato, green olive couscous

Apricot squash couscous

Risotto-style barley with leek and walnuts

Roasted aubergine with ginger yoghurt sauce

Grilled squash with miso pumpkin seeds

Apple, guava, walnut salad

 

Mains (veg):

Grilled tofu with spinach pesto

Honey mustard pumpkin burgers

Provencal barley-stuffed peppers

Baked walnut, parmesan eggplant

Vegetable lasagna with sage bechamel 

Eggs benedict with spinach on polenta

 

Mains (non-veg):

Tomato, almond Moroccan chicken

Fig and gorgonzola cheese chicken

Chicken in ginger chickpea tagine

Snapper with green olive and raisin salsa

Pomegranate tahini white snapper

Snapper with dates and mint pesto

 

Boxes consist of 2 combination sets:     

Set A: Veg main and two side salads– 160 Baht

Set B: Non-veg main and two side salads– 180 Baht
