Our philosophy

About our philosophy:
High value for the relationship between the food we eat, our health, local communities and the wellbeing of ecological systems. While food in Thailand is abundant and cheap, it’s toughto really know where your food comes from, who produced it and what has gone into its preparation. In Thailand as in the west, farmers and farming communities are becoming less and less directly connected to, or ARE, the consumers. Large scale companies are taking over increasing market share and people in urban centers like Bangkok can relate less and less to the rural, farming communities. We’re trying to take some small steps towards re-establishing that connection.
